Our Konea 607 and Konea 604 are 2 bed/2 bath condos in the Konea Tower. They offer stunning 6th floor views, but also a clean, modern and luxurious experience. Our Luana 6B is a brand new 3 bedroom townhome with garage!
As fee simple owners, we pride ourselves on the condition and amenities of our properties. The Honua Kai resort is owned by individuals like us who care about their Hawaii homes as well as the Maui community and culture. We LOVE them and you will too. You can book at Honua Kai through many ways, from VRBO to Costco Vacations or direct through the Honua Kai Resort.
In 2019 we moved our Konea 607 and Konea 604 into the Outrigger Honua Kai Resort program. The resort manages about half of the properties at Honua Kai, and they have access to more resources and maintain standards. In 2019 we painted both units and in the Konea 607, installed new carpet and in 2020 new living room furniture. They both have new washer/dryers.
